ABOUT DREAMLAND BOXING Note from Sarge (Main Trainer and Co-Founder) - Some of the fighters, in just over the last few years, which we have trained in boxing at Dreamland Boxing are:
We have outlined a boxing plan that covers a 6 day a week schedule (3 days in the gym/3 days outside the gym) that is vital to achieve your boxing goals. Our boxing instruction and training is designed very specifically, emphasizing the requirements to produce top quality boxers. We have produced a number of champions. To become the best that you can be, we train you in offensive and defensive boxing skills, plyometric programs, nutrition, anaerobic and aerobic training, proper stretching techniques, weight training, goal setting, right mental attitude and the mindset it takes to become a winner and/or champion. Our goal at Dreamland Boxing is to make you the best possible boxer you can be, whether you want to do it for fun, exercise, sparring, and/or competition. |
