AngelWelcome to Dreamland Boxing. No matter what you pay for other boxing programs, ours is different. Our boxing program works for competitive fighters and also for those who want to learn the sport of boxing without the competition. We offer 15 Gonzalo and Richardclasses per week for beginners, intermediate, advanced and competitors, plus special hours during the week set aside for you to come in and practice your boxing skills, and spar when you are ready, if you choose.

We have outlined a boxing plan that covers a 6 day a week schedule (3 days in the gym/3 days outside the gym) that is vital to achieve your boxing goals. Our boxing instruction and training is designed very specifically, emphasizing the requirements to produce top quality boxers. We have produced a number of champions. To become the best that you can be, we train you in offensive and defensive boxing skills, plyometric programs, nutrition, anaerobic and aerobic training, proper stretching techniques, weight training, goal setting, right mental attitude and the mindset it takes to become a winner and/or champion.

Our goal at Dreamland Boxing is to make you the best possible boxer you can be, whether you want to do it for fun, exercise, sparring, and/or competition.
